Rebecca Douthit LMT

Rebecca specializes in massage combined with hot stones. Local hot stones are used to help melt away muscular tension, followed by therapeutic hands on work uniquely tailored to your needs and wants. Rebecca began her massage career at a local spa in Ashland. She enjoys giving a relaxing and rejuvenating massage. She incorporates a variety of modalities including Swedish, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, energy work, deep tissue and Esalen techniques. Heated stones create a relaxation response in the muscles, allowing for deeper work with less discomfort. The vibrational energy of the stones helps us to find stillness and ground ourselves. In combining hot stones and hands on work, Rebecca seeks to encourage the body, mind and spirit to find freedom in relaxed, easeful movement.

Outside of massage, Rebecca can be found concert going and exploring the mind/body connection through her yoga practice. Much of her free time is spent outdoors with her friends, enjoying the beauty of Southern Oregon.
